Jane McCulla has had a piece from her latest ceramic series, "Fragment Resting" selected for exhibition at the City of Dunedin Art Awards Exhibition 2011. This series is inspired by the destruction due to recent seismic events and the artist's location at the earthquake epicentre in Lyttelton.
Canterbury Potters Association Annual Exhibition 2011

Canterbury Potters Association 37th Annual Exhibition 2010

Jane's ceramic series, "Panorama Tread" and "Dig Deep" have been selected to take part in the annual Canterbury Potters Exhibition to be held at the Canterbury Museum, Christchurch. Jane was presented a Merit Award for the "Panorama Tread" series of ceramic pieces inspired by her location in historic Lyttelton Harbour and the coastal walks in the area.

Jane has been invited as a guest artist to take part in this annual Spring Exhibition at the historic Anderson Park Gallery. She has made a series of work inspired by her relocation to New Zealand in 2009. This series is entitled "To and Fro" and suggests travel, distant horizons and feelings of wanting to feel at home in the new landscape.

Jane McCulla will be working collaboratively with Clive Little to develop works incorporating clay and willow for this exhibition. Other artist members of the Ards Arts Collective will be exhibiting what promises to be a highly experimental and exciting range of arts and crafts employing various materials and techniques. Diaries of their collaborations will be on display for the public to peruse.

Jane intends to construct a wall mounted "post-it note" Mandala and Sally is overseeing a table top cityscape. Ray Elwood will also be tutoring painting workshops.
